# 2025-04-05 2356 I had my first telekinesis experience I'm confident about. I got Sean McNamara's book "Defy Your Limits". It's been great so far. I did his training phase 1 today. Sure enough, I got 1/8th turns on the tin foil within the first sessions, one way, then another, probably 10 times. And it wasn't false positives with breath or rapid hand movement; I had enough of those too to know the difference. I am excited to try more and continue repeating phase 1, and then also to continue to the other phases. I'm curious how far I can get with different objects. a piece of paper? An apple? Some steel hand tool like a screwdriver or hammer? Going out tonight skywatching, I have seen about 4 orbs. One got bright before disappearing out, a couple others appeared, moved some, mostly straight, then lights off and disappeared. The first I saw, I saw immediately on arriving at my chosen site. I also connected to a number of stars and as usual did my routine or dance with them. We've been changing routines up with kids some, prioritizing time with them and togetherness. It's had really positive results. They've been less needy of me since they're getting more time with me. And they've been calmer with each other, too. I realized I would love to know more about how ETs think about families as a cohesive unit, how to structure them, how to raise children, games they play with children, what and how they teach children, things like that. I would love to know and apply anything I can learn from them. And that I'd also love to share learning with others as appropriate; not in a loud or boastful way. Update re: doing energy healing on myself. That was a confidence builder in who I am and what I have access to, and it helped me be more positive and more at peace, and that I do not need to be so worried about my own well being or fretful of future. I ended up healing meaningfully more with each passing day after that. It was an inflection point where things had been bad and maybe getting worse, but then started getting better. Also making sure to "put movement" into my body as a chiropracter once told me, and being aware of posture while at work, also are making a big difference.
