Did Greer Shaman Cave meditation, was good.

Then, decided out of nowhere to give holotropic breathing a try.
I have never tried it before, first leraned of it about a month or two
ago from a Jeff Tarrant's book Becoming Psychic.
Found a random YouTube video with a 40 minute guided session and did it.
Full disclaimer: apparently its not Holotropic Breathing (TM) because
apparently those are 12 hours experiences broken into 3 hour chunks.

I felt vibrating/tingling, first in my head, then later in my hands and arms,
and then throughout my entire upper body,
and at the end, even a tiny bit in my feet.
It was very relaxing of the whole body.
After, rested for a while and drifted off to sleep.
My body feels very relaxed now, like you feel after you sleep 10-12 hours
after a day of exhausting physical labor.
