2026-01-08

I went out from 3:30 - 5:30 AM. A couple days ago I tried different spots and
saw absolutely nothing. Plus, I got my car stuck. Oops. So I went back to the
same spot, though determined to look west and try to connect with orbs and get
them to show up to the west. After a solid half hour of videoing and trying to
connect, I was getting nowhere.
I hadn't seen much to the east in my glances that way, either,
so I thought maybe I struck out for the night. In reviewing the clip to the
west later, I did see one presumed shooting star, but I didn't notice it in
real time while filming.

In the other direction, I saw lots of lights, not low like airplanes,
and matching what I saw other times. Initially, I was quite excited.
But on review, with a new more sensitive camera, at least 99% of what I saw
that night were definitely satellites. You can tell by the absolute swarm of
them. I think it is the dawn reflecting enough that some of them at the right
angle to me light up. The ones that light up on camera are bright enough
to see with the naked eye. The others I never see, but I presume the sun
is still bright enough that it is the camera still catching them.
After all, when I pointed west where the sun was not dawning, the camera
picked up nothing (except the presumed shooting star).

That's not to say that some of what I've seen are not airplanes,
satellites, drones, or shooting stars (my vote is still on orbs/crafts),
just that what I've seen in that location and times has mostly not been.
