Beautiful clear sky with the milky way highly visible. As I connected with a star, I thought in a relaxed, subtle, impression sort of way about whether there might exist or could be invented (or reinvented) a quantum vision device, or quantum imaging, or I guess you could call it an astral camera. And it would actually be pretty bad at capturing images of 3d things, but if there was interesting things going on in subtler dimensions it could capture those, e.g. connecting with stars.

As I was thinking of that, I saw a single lone "lightning star" close to the star I was connecting to, in the west. Couldn't have been sunrise reflecting off sunlight, totally in the wrong direction, way too brief, and the object didn't move. Again didn't move and was only an instant, so couldn't have been a plane, a drone, or meteor. Even if it was moving straight away or towards me, it would have been lit longer. It was like a bright star. Here, then gone. I had my camera, but its pointing straight up on the ground, so it did not catch it.
